Government Fees

*Government Fees =USPTO Filing Fee of either $250 or $350 per class USPTO Filing fees are only charged when your application is filed with United States Patent and Trademark Office.

*The first class is included with all service options. Two classes are included with Option C. Beyond that, an Attorney fee of $45 per additional class will be assessed, this is separate from the governments $250 or $350 per class fee.

USE: If the Trademark is not in use anywhere, including advertising / marketing - an "intent-to-use" application has to be filed. This application will require further action by either the client or an Attorney. Attorney fee to complete the in-use application - $100 over selected service options price.

Additional government fees; to show use - $100, for an extension of time - $125.
